What Business Issues are overcome?

1) Out-of-Box systems notification is limited. Provides simple and generic, all or nothing, alerts: all new and modified tasks. There is no means to configure conditional criteria based alerts or controlling recipients.


2) There is no means of tracking projects/tasks without opening, saving and publishing each project. Date based calculations for state comparison or against today's date are not possible without opening the project schedule in project professional. 


3) Being inundated with vast amount of data and having to reactively search through various reports/views to identify the issues, often too late or after the event. Unable to setup condition or criteria based alerts for selected, specific types or key high profile projects.

  • Does this tool work with Microsoft Project Online?

    Yes, this software works with Microsoft Project Online. 


    There is an on-prem version of the software that work with on-prem Project Server.

  • What versions of Project Server are supported?

    Supported versions of SharePoint/Project Server are: 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019

  • What do you mean by Conditional Alerts? Is this the same as the default Project Server/Online Alerts?

    The default Project Server/Online Alerts are very basic and does not include;

    • Allow for specific types of projects, specific types of task/milestones etc.  Its all or nothing!
    • Real-time, date tracking alerts for specific types of Tasks or Milestones, compared to TODAY's date. 
    • Resource Overallocation Alerts for specific roles/key resources within configurable tolerances
    • User Role/Group based Alerts
    • Stop/Pause and Resume Alerts
    • Overdue check-out projects

    By Conditional Alerts, we mean, the user is able to specify the targeted conditions for Alerts for specific types of projects, specific types of Tasks/Milestones, including date range comparison based on current date without opening and Saving/Publishing the Projects.
