  • What versions of Microsoft Project Desktop is supported?

    The currently supported versions of Microsoft Project Desktop are: 2013, 2016 and 2019. If you are using Project 2010, it is recommended that you upgrade to a currently supported version as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us. 

  • Is it true that you do not need Professional Version of Microsoft Project Desktop?

    Absolutely, MSPHub supports both the Standard version as well as the Professional version of Microsoft Project. There is no requirement to have the Professional version of Project Desktop.  


    Save cost and continue to use your Standard version of Microsoft Project Desktop application.

  • How does this solution actually work? And, is it part of SharePM?

    MSPHub comprises of an addin for Microsoft Project Desktop that publishes Project, Resource and Task/Assignment data to a local SQL Server Database.  


    This solution provides the ability to view time-phased resource utilization and cost profiles across all the projects e.g. who does what and when across all the projects.


    Reporting is delivered with via Microsoft Excel 


    Yes, this forms part of the SharePM suite.  If you have Office365 with SharePoint Online, and want to embrace Team collaboration with enterprise visibility, then you will benefit from using SharePM. 

  • Can you help migrate our on-prem Project Server data and configuration to ProjectHub?

    Absolutely, we can help migrate your data en-mass or we can train your Project Managers to do this during the deployment training. The migration process is very simple.

  • Do you have Quick Start Program to help us get started?

    Absolutely, we can help you get started quickly with a Quick Start Program that includes; Planning, deployment assistance, end-user training and technical support. 

  • Can we purchase Microsoft 365, Office 365, SharePoint Online and Project Licenses from you?

    Absolutely, we are a Microsoft Certified Cloud Service Provider.  We can provide licensing for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products. 

  • Can you provide Quick Start Program remotely?

    Absolutely, we can do this.

  • Can you invoice us? My business does not make payments with Credit Cards.

    Absolutely. We can invoice you with a free 30 day credit terms. Pay with Purchase Order (PO). No Credit Card required. There is no extra charge for this service. 

  • We have an existing Software Licensing Supplier, how can we engage you?

    Changing Microsoft 365 or Office 365 licensing supplier is very easy and seemless. There is no loss of service. You can stop your monthly subscription (at any time) for any of the Microsoft Online products/services and assign a different Microsoft Partner.   Reach out to us to get started and benefit from our services.   • Do you provide services oustide of UK?

    Absolutely, some of customer deployments are indeed outside of the UK including EU, USA, Australia, Canada, South Africa etc. Only English language deployments are undertaken by Project Solution regardless of boundaries. 


    Although our Head Office remains in Cambridge, UK, our consultants work locally, within the country where the project is being undertaken. Depending on type of activity/workpackage, combination of on-site and off-site activities will be agreed with the user. 

  • Do you provide Technical Support?

    Absolutely, we provide technical support for SharePoint , Project Server and Project Online.  We have different options and levels ranging from adhoc to annual contracts.  Contact us to see how we can assist you. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Preferred methods of payment are Credit Card, PayPal and Bank/Wire Transfers to local banks in UK, Germany, USA, Australia.
